YAY! i'm finally back from all my overseas trip and there's only 1 word to describe both experiences--> SUPERB! Hongkong trip was FABULOUTASTIC man. Yes, no need to be surprised. there i go again, munching down the godilicious food into my stomach. I think my digestive juice was quite strong uh, 5 days w/o stopping with 4 meals per day. wahahaha! Though i was constantly eating, i was feeling sick even in the 1st day into the trip alr. The terrible combination of nausea feeling accumulated from the plane flight from S'pore to HK, together with the bumby and jerky mountainous route up to the peak, with several steep contours, i always died in the bus. Landed in Hk around 2+ and left the airport only till 4+, after settling the admin stuffs and waiting for the coach's arrival. To only make matter worst, the HAZE was BAD. REAL BAD. it was the worst in HK's history and this only accelerated my puking further up my throat. Ironically, feeling so worn out by all those shit sickness, we went for DINNER!! had dinner at stanley market's CHARCHANTING! ordered milktea(^^) and Chicken with pineapple fried rice. FABULOUS MAN. Succulent Chicken meats with juicy pineapple and fragrant yellow rice!(Y) Headed to The Peak after that. Night view was OHSOBRILLIANT! was quite windy up there and the chilly wind was just perfect for me. My fats were working well. teeheheeheehe. took the tram down to lowland and that was end of day 1's adventure!   ---FASTFORWARD--- Headed back to our hotel, Regal Oriental Hotel(Fu Hou Jiu Dian)(4 STAR!)   and our room was large! there's this resting area too! kinda cool man.     AND NO SURPRISE, I WENT BACK TO HOTEL TO PUKE.LOL. puked big time and i chocked the toilet bowl and basin. wtheck. called the plumber in and he couldnt solve the problem! hahaha. Even the food that goes into my stomach, blended with my digestive juice, are simply too strong! muscular rice^^ Managed to solve the problem though. he need reinforcement tools to salvaged the chocked pipes.hahaha. Caught this in hk too! LOVE IT!  hahahha loser chelsea:D And yeah, since it was the first day and we're all ever-so-excited about the food in Hk, we ventured out way to the streets(Kowloon City) next to our hotel and had deserts! had Honeydew DouFu Hua and was kinda bland. Not the best available ones in HK! but the mango sago was damn good man! and it was cheaper! regrets regrets!  went back to hotel and played cards. MADE WAY TOO MUCH NOISE WITH ALL THE LAUGHTERS AND SCREAMINGS. we got too overly paranoid while playing and it was really noisy man. ahhaha some other SP mates knocked on our door, trying to check out wtheck were we doing. Night ended at around 2am and nights off! knocked out! Day 2! Headed off to Disneyland after hotel's buffet breakfast(yipppie!) wasnt as bad as all the negative comments that i heard about hk's disneyland though. almost similar to Japan's one, just that it's much smaller.  Went for almost all the rides since it was rather small and we spent more time in the souvenirs shops more than going for rides! the girls were spamming gifts like it was free! hahaha. but i restrained myself, didnt want to spend so much so that i'll have more money for food!^^ bought this damn lovely Donald Duck mug though. HK$80 and i STOPPED for the day. dilly dallied till 730pm before heading to the castle for the fireworks display! fireworks somehow blended in well together with the various fairytales songs and was very entertaining to me, since i'm been a all-time admirer for fireworks! Left disneyland at 8, since it was closing and went back to hotel to settle down our bags and more bags of gifts and souvenirs( well, 80% were the girls'.LOL) and YES! DINNER TIME! and YES!YES! it's DIMSUM TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we were all famished, and i really meant FAMISHED. took the menu and i led the ordering. with my substandard canto skills, we ordered: SIEWMAI X2 HARKOW X2 CHARSIEWBAO CHEONGFUN SPRINGROLL HARKOK Some yam thingie LORMAIKAI XIAOLONGBAO WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! and there was only 4 of us!!! and heheehhehe, i ate the most fullstop and 1 can of coke is only HK$5!!! was like the cheapest i saw in hk la. damn it. should have stored coke in our hotel rooms. despite filling my stomach almost to the max, there was always room for more:) bought this thick chocolate-vanilla icecream at 7-11 and it was HK$6. BIG, THICK CHOCOLATE AND DELICIOUS. totally worth every penny for that stick of edible desert man!! yeahyeah. went back hotel, lepak abit and ZONKED OUT. Day 3! went to Oceanpark after buffet breakfast again! same food and the omelette was great! cheese, ham, onion and mushroom only enhanced the taste and brought it up to the next level man. had a talk by one of the marketing directors about how they managed to keep OceanPark "alive" during the period when the Disneyland opened and the means and ways to continue attracting tourists and customers. quite a interesting talk, though i dozed off in some part coz i simply cant keep my eyes open. some of the videos which were shown to us were quite hilarious too and managed to grabs hold of my attention. Had a mini "tour" around oceanpark, with the staffs showing us the daily work done for the panda and how they trained the aligators(cool or whut!?) to listen to their orders. played the rides there and the scariest was the mine train! Day 4 and day 5 were just visiting exhibition centres, convention centres and shopping sprees. damn tired now. HK FTW! Thursday, March 04, 2010 @ 3:16 AM
AND I OUGHT TO SHARE THIS WITH YOU!!!  F.R.I.E.N.D.S season 1! Yeahyeah, call me a slowpoke. but this show if hilarious and i grew hysterical over it within 1 episode alr! Be sure to watch all over again. Phoebe's cool and Rachael's irrisistably hot. Still midway into season 1 though, but i'm gonna finish the 10 seasons within this holiday man. I'm currently into these american series show, surprisingly. another show which is a must catch is GLEE! its a mixture of highschool musical types, but 200X better than that. The choreography and vocal are great!! and featuring glee cast!  I NEED TIME FOR MY HONGKONG DRAMAS TOO. WHATTHEHECK. @ 3:04 AM

EXAMS.ARE.OVER. OMG.Like finally, i really get to enjoy this break till 20th april! i think i did average-ly fine for all my modules besides GEMs, coz i couldnt be bothered to flip thru' any notes uh. Genting trip is CONFIRMED. this trip was postponed from 09 till today! i think we're kinda zai. there're 5 people going only and heck, i'm gonna enjoy myself there. $180 for 3 days in genting and 1 day in KL. kinda alright uh? gonna spam photos, alcohol hopefully and definitely food fest, as usual. haha. Right after a day from genting, i'm HEAD TO HONGKONG! omgggg i'm friggin excited too! DIMSUMS:D Disneyland! OceanPark! the last time i went dated all the way back to P3! Kinda long uh! AND! i'm kinda in a soccer field team(!?) hahaha i cant play field soccer for nuts though, but just gonna go there and kick some balls. '& i just finished duck noodle and dimsum at 1am. KILLME. |
